How fast will I get a reply?

We reply to every message within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Bug fixes can take longer, but we will tell you what we found.

What should I include in a bug report?

Tell us the tool, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Keep the device details box ticked so we can see your browser and system.

Can you help me read my hearing test result?

We can explain what the test measures and how the chart works. We cannot give medical advice, so for any hearing worry please see a doctor or audiologist.

Can I suggest a new audio tool?

Yes. Choose Suggest a tool and tell us what you want to test and why. We plan new tools around what visitors ask for.

Do you accept guest posts or advertising?

Choose Business and tell us about your proposal. We only work with brands and content that are useful to people testing their audio.
