Short Answer

Buzzing that changes with GPU load is electrical noise on the USB or power line. Use a different USB port, a shielded cable or a USB isolator.

GPU load changes the power draw and can inject noise into shared USB power. DACs with simple power filters pick that up as buzz.

Isolating the DAC's power fixes it in most cases.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Move the DAC to a USB port on a different controller
  2. Use a short, shielded USB cable
  3. Try a powered USB hub or USB isolator
  4. Lower the output volume at the DAC and raise the headphone amp instead

Isolator solved mine entirely. It took me a few minutes, and the Speaker Test showed the difference straight away.
