Short Answer

A fault after 30 days may still be covered by the maker's warranty or consumer law. Gather proof and contact the maker.

The return window is not the same as warranty. Keep your receipt and test results.

After you make the change, play the Headphone Test again to confirm the result. If the problem is still there, add your device, browser and what you tried in the replies so the team can narrow it down.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Record the problem with the Left Right Test
  2. Find your receipt and serial number
  3. Contact the maker's support and ask for warranty service
  4. Check local consumer rights

Warranty approved with my receipt and tests. I checked it again with the Headphone Test afterwards to be sure.
