Short Answer

Delta beats, 1 to 4 Hz, are often used for sleep. Keep volume low, use a timer and take the headphones off if they hurt.

Delta frequency is linked to deep sleep, though the evidence is limited. Use a sleep timer so it does not play all night.

After you make the change, play the Binaural Beats again to confirm the result. If the problem is still there, add your device, browser and what you tried in the replies so the team can narrow it down.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Choose a delta beat
  2. Set the volume low and add a timer
  3. Wear soft headphones that don't press on the ear
  4. Stop if you feel discomfort

Sleep timer 30 minutes works for me. I checked it again with the Binaural Beats afterwards to be sure.

Headband is more comfortable. I checked it again with the Binaural Beats afterwards to be sure.

I only use them at low volume for short sessions and stop if I feel off. It took me a few minutes, and the Binaural Beats showed the difference straight away.
