Check both channels, crackle on wiggle and the state of pads.

After you make the change, play the Left Right Test again to confirm the result. If the problem is still there, add your device, browser and what you tried in the replies so the team can narrow it down.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Play the Left Right Test
  2. Wiggle the cable while playing
  3. Inspect pads and headband
  4. Ask for proof of purchase

Found a dead side before paying and saved money. Worth trying before you spend any money.

Bring your own cable. It took me a few minutes, and the Left Right Test showed the difference straight away.

I now run the Left Right Test the day I unbox any headphones, so problems are caught early.
