Short Answer

A headache can come from volume that is too high or too long a session. Lower the volume, take breaks and stop if it continues.

Playing a steady tone for a long time at a high level can tire the ears. Everyone responds differently.

After you make the change, play the Binaural Beats again to confirm the result. If the problem is still there, add your device, browser and what you tried in the replies so the team can narrow it down.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Reduce volume to a low level
  2. Use shorter sessions
  3. Try a different frequency or a natural sound
  4. Stop if symptoms continue and see a doctor

Lower volume fixed mine. It took me a few minutes, and the Binaural Beats showed the difference straight away.

I take a break every 15 minutes. I checked it again with the Binaural Beats afterwards to be sure.

Good stereo headphones made much more difference than the exact frequency for me.
