Most smart TV browsers can run the tests. Use stereo first, then check channels with the Surround Sound Test.

TV browsers support web audio, though channel output may be limited.

After you make the change, play the Speaker Test again to confirm the result. If the problem is still there, add your device, browser and what you tried in the replies so the team can narrow it down.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Open the TV browser
  2. Allow sound
  3. Run the Speaker Test
  4. Use the TV settings for output format

Worked on my LG too. It took me a few minutes, and the Speaker Test showed the difference straight away.

Stereo only on mine. Hope that saves you some time.
