Short Answer

A browser tone test cannot tell if your hearing is damaged. Ringing after a loud event that lasts more than a day or two is a reason to see a doctor or audiologist.

A website cannot measure hearing damage, because the result depends on your headphones and volume setting. Please do not use a tone test to judge this, and avoid playing tones loudly while your ears are sensitive.

Temporary ringing after loud sound is common, but ringing that is still there after a day or two, or that comes with muffled hearing or pain, should be checked by a doctor or an audiologist. Rest your ears from loud sound in the meantime.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Give your ears quiet time and avoid headphones at high volume for the next days
  2. Do not use the hearing test to check yourself right now
  3. Book an appointment with a doctor or audiologist if the ringing continues or hearing feels muffled
  4. Use hearing protection at the next loud event

ringing after a concert usually fades in a day or two. if its still there after that see a doctor, an online test wont tell you much

I had ringing after a gig last year. It faded in two days, but I booked a proper hearing check anyway. A tone test is not a diagnosis.
