Short Answer

If swapping the speakers did not change it, the fault follows the cable, the jack or a setting. Test another port and check the balance.

Since the left side stays the only one working even after swapping speakers, the problem comes before the speakers: the plug, the PC output or a balance setting.

After you make the change, play the Left Right Test again to confirm the result. If the problem is still there, add your device, browser and what you tried in the replies so the team can narrow it down.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Plug the cable into the green output on the back of the PC
  2. Check balance under Sound settings, Properties, Levels
  3. Try a second cable between the PC and the speaker
  4. Test with headphones to see if the PC jack sends both channels
  5. Run the Left Right Test to confirm which channel is silent

It was the jack for me. Switched to a cheap USB audio adapter and it was fixed.

Make sure the plug is the correct 3.5mm TRS and not a TS mono plug. Hope that saves you some time.
