Short Answer

A blinking sub means it lost the pairing with the soundbar. Re-pair by holding the ID SET button on the sub while the soundbar is on, then power cycle both.

Wireless subs use a private link to the soundbar. A power cut or firmware change can drop the pairing, and the light blinks until it finds the bar again.

After you make the change, play the Bass Test again to confirm the result. If the problem is still there, add your device, browser and what you tried in the replies so the team can narrow it down.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Switch off the soundbar and unplug the sub
  2. Plug the sub in and press the ID SET button until the light blinks
  3. Turn the soundbar on within a minute and wait for the sub to turn solid
  4. Place the sub within 10 meters and away from a router

ID SET did it. Wish the manual said that louder. I tested it on my own setup and it held up for weeks.

Also try another wall plug, mine was on a dimmer strip. I checked it again with the Bass Test afterwards to be sure.
