Short Answer

Dialogue that trails the picture is a delay problem. Turn off extra sound processing on the TV and soundbar, use the eARC port and adjust the TV's audio delay setting.

Processing on TV or soundbar adds delay. Many TVs have a lip sync option.

After you make the change, play the Sound Test again to confirm the result. If the problem is still there, add your device, browser and what you tried in the replies so the team can narrow it down.

Step By Step Fix
  1. Turn off TV audio processing
  2. Use eARC
  3. Adjust audio delay in the TV
  4. Update firmware

Lip sync setting fixed mine. It took me a few minutes, and the Sound Test showed the difference straight away.
